They trained me, a non-tech person, on how to update my site with merchandise and are always available for questions a year later. They also designed our adorable logo. On one occasion, something needed to be fixed for sales on our web site and they discovered and repaired the issue before we even got to work in the morning. (The person who referred them to me said they fixed something on her site before she realized anything was happening and let her know too.) We love this company and working with them!
