It doesn't matter if you need to install a fixed camera for a single location, or setup a 32 channel weather-proof system with pan, tilt, and zoom capabilities. Motion detection, schedule recordings, high definition, and infrared are just a few of the available options. No project is to big or too small for us, and we want to earn your business with our excellent service.
Below are some of the features that security cameras provides, and you can pick and choose from hundreds of options to perfectly fit your camera needs.
Fixed Camera: Fixed cameras do not move. They are stationery and record whatever is within the camera's stationery view. These are good for areas that do not require a camera that can move.
Pan, Tilt, Zoom: Pan/Tilt/Zoom (or PTZ) cameras allow for the camera to pan 360°, tilt 180°, and zoom in on objects, all while recording every movement the camera makes. These are great if you are looking for a camera that has virtually limitless control capabilities.
Motion Detection: Motion detection allows for you to leave your DVR recorder off until motion is detected within the camera's view. Once the camera detects motion, it automatically begins recording to your DVR. This is an efficient way to record without wasting space on your DVR. This is a great feature for clients that do not want to have hours of wasted recordings of empty rooms.
Schedule Recordings: You can set specific times and days to record as well, and create daily, weekly or monthly schedules for recording times. If you only want to record on Mondays from 3pm to 10pm, then you have the ability to set these types of options. This feature is great if you only need to record at certain times of the day, or certain days of the week.
Infrared: Don't get left in the dark with a camera that is incapable of seeing in all weather and lighting conditions. Get infrared. Infrared turns dark spaces and low-lit areas into perfectly viewable scenes. This feature is great for viewing and recording in low light or even in completely dark areas, and is an excellent choice for night time surveillance.
Weather Proof: We have cameras available for all weather conditions, including hot weather, cold weather, rain, wind, ice and snow. If your camera requires a rugged, durable design, then we have dozens of models that will perform under any weather conditions, including commercial testing facilities that produce high vibration and heat output.
PTZ Controller: A PTZ controller allows you to control the pan, tilt and zoom functionality of your camera with the simple move of a joy stick. Simply select the camera you want to control (if you have multiple cameras) and take complete control of your cameras!
Initial Consultation: Our first meeting with you will be to determine what your camera needs are. We will identify each physical area that you would like to have camera coverage for, which is usually done best by allowing us to visit the onsite location. This will help us in determining what types of cameras you need, how many, and what features will be needed for each camera, as well as how far each camera will be from the control and recording devices.
We'll also determine what your recording requirements are, and how large of a DVR hard drive you will need. You may want to record for a day, or an entire month before having to back-up your footage, and this process will make sure that you get exactly what you're looking for.
The Proposal: Once we have identified your specific needs, we will build a camera package that will include all necessary equipment and installation prices. This will allow you to see your cost and make any adjustments before final approval or cancellation.
Approved Proposal: Once you have accepted the proposal, we will then order your equipment and schedule a convenient time with you for installation. We work on your schedule, and not the other way around. No waiting around for 4 hours like you do for your cable guy.
Installation: Installation usually is a 2 or 3 step process.
First, we will need to determine how and where each camera will be mounted (ceiling, wall or custom mount). Once that is done, we will take measurements for the distance of each camera to the DVD and controls so that we can prepare for the wiring.
Second, we will run all of the wires and install each mount.
Third, we will install the cameras, and connect them to the control panels and DVR.
Testing: Once the cameras are installed and functioning properly, we will test them and run some simple diagnostics on the system to ensure that everything is working at 100%.
Training: Once all systems are a "go" we will setup a time (usually on a separate day) to go over training on how to use the camera system including recording options, PTZ functionality, troubleshooting & maintenance, and how to use the camera system's interfaces. The systems are easy to learn and very user-friendly, and with a few minutes of training you'll be a pro!
